Fort Robin offers different shipping options depending on your membership status and the items purchased.

Standard Shipping

Fort Robin Camp Club Members receive free standard shipping on all orders.

Non-members will be charged a flat rate of $10 per item for standard shipping.

Freight Shipping

Fort Robin Camp Club Members receive free freight shipping on all orders.

Non-members will be charged a flat rate of $150 per item for any item that requires freight shipping.

General Information

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is given, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. However, if the product is defective, the cost of shipping will be refunded.

The time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

Fort Robin recommends using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as the company doesn't guarantee receipt of returned items.

For an additional layer of protection, customers may choose to add Route Package Protection at checkout. This service allows you to file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
