GAUCHO™ is a waterproof-zippered case that opens flat like a book. On the left: an 8×12-inch food-grade bamboo cutting board with a juice groove and anti-slip base. Right-side, a structured utility panel with knife and utensil slots, space for tools, spices, towel. Close it and it's weatherproof. Open it and it's a working kitchen.
It's the little brother of the Workspace Camp Kitchen — purpose-built for minimalists who want less kit, not less capability. The bamboo board lifts out for use or cleaning; any standard 8×12 board fits. Knives stay protected on rough roads. Tools stay organized.
