Installation Tips
Should the tent install height be higher than 6 feet you will need a Tent Extension Ladder.
Factory roof bars, universal fit roof bars, or a non-basket style aftermarket roof rack is required for the roof top tent to attach to.
Although 2 people can lift the tent onto the vehicle, we recommend four people due to the weight and size of the tent to prevent injury or damage to the vehicle.
If mounting the tent to the rear opening of your vehicle, make sure that the tailgate operation and required clearance does not interfere with the tent.
When lifting the tent onto the roof of the vehicle, make sure that mounting bolts do not contact the roof as this will cause damage to the vehicle. In some cases, the mounting bolts might need to be replaced with shorter bolts.
